By accessing and using Document AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Document AI provides AI-powered document processing, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and intelligent data extraction services. The Service allows users to upload documents, process them using advanced AI models, and extract structured data in JSON format.

3. User Accounts

Super Admin: The primary account holder with full system access, responsible for managing companies and administrators.

Admin: Company administrators who can create and manage document processing jobs, and assign reviewers.

Reviewer: Users with read-only access to assigned jobs for quality review and verification purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensure uploaded documents comply with applicable laws
  • Not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the system
  • Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly

5. Data Processing

Documents uploaded to our Service are processed using AI models including Google Gemini. We retain processed data only for the duration necessary to provide the Service and as specified in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents. Document AI retains rights to the Service, its features, and underlying technology. Extracted data from your documents belongs to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Document AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service interface.
